Kansas City-- The family of a boy killed on the world's tallest water slide last year has reached a settlement with the park's owner.
10 year old Caleb Schwab was killed while riding the Verruckt at the Schlitter-Bahn water park in Kansas City, Kansas.
The 17 story slide never reopened after Schwab's death.
Last November, the park announced it would tear it down.
Details of the settlement have not been released.
