85 percent of people are without power, but Puerto Rico's governor hopes to have 95 percent of power restored on the island by the middle of December.

By the end October, the goal is to have 30 percent of the island back with power.

Not having power has made things like charging cell phone batteries difficult.

The death toll from Hurricane Maria is 48.
