Parent upset about porn shown in school cafeteria

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. (WILX) -- Parents outraged this morning after someone put porn on a TV monitor in a school cafeteria at lunch time.

It happened at Mount Zion High School in Georgia.

One mom, Daphne Raines, says her 10th grade daughter texted her a picture of the pornography and she was appalled.

She said she went to the school and asked someone in the office.

"And she was like I don't know. She said all I can do is tell you I'm sorry," said Raines. "That shouldn't have been where nobody could just go in there and operate those monitors where stuff can come on that TV."

She says she works hard to keep her daughter away from adult graphic themes.

Raines is disappointed she had to see something so indecent at school.

The school is trying to decide on a punishment for the student who put the porn video on the cafeteria TV.
