LANSING, Mich. (WILX)-- Lansing and the Friends Of Ormond Park, the group trying to stop construction, have eight days to get their legal strategy together.
Ingham County Judge James Jamo who left a restraining order in place has scheduled a hearing on it for July 20th.

The city is building a new entrance to Groesbeck Golf Course through the park. The group claims the the entry way will threaten endangered species and pollute the air. The city says that's not true.

We'll tell you what the judge decides after the next hearing.
