Megamerger could be largest in health insurance history

Both companies are tight lipped about negotions, but a massive deal is reportedly in the works between CVS and Aetna.
According to the World Street Journal, the drug store chain is willing to fork over 66-billion dollars to acquire control of the healthcare insurer.
Aetna is the third largest health insurer in the country, and according to analysts, a merge will give CVS leverage when negoitiating with drug companies.
It's unclear when, and if there will be an announcement on the deal, but the market is already reacting to the news.
Aetna shares rose more than eleven percent, and CVS shares dipped three.
