LANSING, Mich. (WILX) -- For the first time in 12 years Lansing will see a new Mayor in office.
Candidates State Representative Andy Schor, and City Councilwoman Judi Brown Clarke got together for a LIVE debate on WILX. It aired Thursday, October 19th at 7:00 p.m. You can watch that entire debate right here.
They discussed topics such as retirement costs, fixing roads, sidewalks, marijuana policies, affordable housing, sharing services, casino plans, good leadership qualities, priorities, diversity, golf courses, Lansing schools, auto insurance rates, transparency plans, what the candidates admire about each other, and a $15 minimum wage.
The community was invited to take part in the debate by sending questions, and using the #WILXDebate on social media platforms.
