UPDATE: Police believe shooting was drug-related

Lansing police tell News ten that a shooting on Old Castle Circle in Lansing may have been drug related.

They were called to the 4300 block of Old Castle Circle near the corner of Jolly and Waverly roads just before 5am Tuesday morning.

The victim told police he came home to find two people inside, and they shot him in the leg after an argument.

He's expected to live.

A man is in the hospital after an early morning shooting in Lansing. Lansing police were called to a home in the 4-thousand block of Old Castle Circle Drive around 4:30 am.

Police say a man in that house had been shot. They say he was confronted by two other males in the house and the suspects then shot him. The shooters then fled. Police are searching for them.The victim's injuries are not life threatening.

Investigators are trying to figure out what led up to the shooting. If you have any information, call Lansing police.
