LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - The organizers of the mid-Michigan music festival Common Ground have announced the first headliner of the season.
Sunday, July 8th will feature rapper Gucci Mane.
Mane is considered a pioneer in Trap Music. In 2017 he released Droptopwop, a collaborative mixtape with Metro Boomin; Mr. Davis, his eleventh studio album featuring single “I Get the Bag” featuring Migos which peaked at #11 on Billboard Hot 100; and El Gato: The Human Glacier; his twelfth studio album.
He'll be releasing his third studio album in 2018.
Along with Gucci Mane on Sunday is rapper Kevin Gates. Also, on Sunday feature singer, rapper, songwriter, and producer T-Pain along with producer, DJ, actor and comedian DJ Jazzy Jeff, and hip-hop newcomer and Chicago native Supa Bwe.
Single Day Tickets for Sunday, July 8th go on-sale to the public on Friday, February 9th at 10:00 AM.
