EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX)- The kids get the chance Monday night to put on their Halloween costumes and load up on candy.
Monday night is the annual Great Pumpkin Walk in East Lansing. This event is a big hit with the kids with more than 1,000 trick-or-treaters hitting the streets of Downtown East Lansing for the event. Children can collect candy from the more than 50 participating businesses downtown. The event is hosted by the City of East Lansing and Downtown Management Board in partnership with participating downtown businesses.
The fun starts at 5 p.m. and runs until 7 p.m. Parking is free from 4:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
