MASON, Mich. (WILX)- Halloween is going to the dogs. The 6th annual "Doggie Trick or Treat" in downtown Mason is happening Saturday, October 28.
Various businesses downtown will be handing out dog treats. Dogs do not need to have a costume but they must have on their special bandana to receive their treats. The Halloween bandanas will be given to those who pay the registration fee of $10.
Registration is located at the Mason Area Chamber Office and Visitors Center located at 148 E. Ash Street.
Trick-or-treating is between the hours of noon and 1:30 p.m. A costume contest is scheduled for 1:45 p.m. on the south side of the Ingham County Courthouse located at 341 S. Jefferson Street. To download the registration form: www.masonchamber.org
