Court Documents: Mariah Woods sexually abused by mom's boyfriend

JACKSONVILLE, NC Court documents unveiled Tuesday, claim the live-in boyfriend of Mariah Woods' mother, may have sexually abused the three-year old girl.

In records obtained by the Jacksonville Daily News, several acts of physical and sexual abuse against Mariah and her two brothers are listed. The girl's body was found last weekend miles from her home in Onslow County. She had been missing for days before remains were found.

Mariah's mother Kristy Woods, reported her daughter missing on November 27. She says she last saw her daughter when she put her to bed. Woods' boyfriend, Earl Kimrey, told police Mariah got up around midnight and he told her to go back to bed.

He was arrested December 1 and charged with concealing of death; obstruction of justice, second-degree burglary, felony larceny, and possession of stolen property. He is being held in the Onslow County Detention Center under a $1,010,000 bond.

Mariah's biological father, Alex Woods, is seeking custody of his other children alleging physical and sexual abuse by Kimrey. He claims Kimrey sexually abused Mariah, and hit her brothers with a belt.

Funeral services for Mariah are scheduled for Wednesday.
