Conservation workers save whale from fishing rope and buoys

Conservation workers were caught on camera racing to save a whale tangled up in fishing rope and buoys.

The large Fin Whale was spotted swimming slowly off of the Massachusetts coast Tuesday.

Witnesses said they saw fishing rope and buoys tangled around its body and in its mouth.

Rescuers were able to cut away most of the rope.

They had to leave some in the whale's mouth, but said that portion should shed away.
