Cold weather makes steam rise off Lake Superior

DULUTH, Mn. -- Steam rising and rolling off lake superior shows just how cold it is in Duluth, Minnesota.

Forecasters say another arctic blast of air has arrived, leaving the Northland in a very chilly stretch of weather.

The next couple of days the area will be sitting below zero in Duluth and across northern Minnesota.

Today a high of 1 degree below zero in Duluth, and around 4 above to 6 below for highs across the region.

High winds with gusts up to 30 miles per hour will keep wind chills in the 20's and 30's below zero today.
