Christmas in the Village celebrates old fashioned traditions

MERIDIAN TWP., Mich. (WILX) - A fun event for the whole family that may take you back in time is the "Christmas In The Village" event in Meridian Township.

It happens this Sunday, December 10.

"Christmas In The Village" celebrates old fashion traditions from the Victorian Era.

Kids can visit with Santa, and enjoy other fun and engaging activities.

There will also be musical performances in the Village Chapel and all the historical buildings in the village will be open for touring.

Something else to add to your day is the annual tree lighting which takes place at 4 p.m.
