Politicians vs. Car Dealers

Hmmm... who to root for?

Politicians and car dealers (mostly used car dealers) usually find themselves in the same classification as lawyers.  So when the first two groups square off against each other, it's tough to decide who to root for.

Maybe not.

Check out how a Detroit-area dealership is using the words of Alabama Senator Richard Shelby-- a politician with at least 3 foreign auto plants in his state and a vocal critic of the Detroit 3-- to sell cars.

I'll take the side of the car dealer in this one.

Michigan needs more factory direct jobs. These 2ndary parts plants don't pay enough to buy a new vehicle. Major 3 corps can afford to create more direct jobs.A direct factory worker making the same air condtioner as a 2ndary worker getting more $ is not fair to 2ndary workers.Outsourcing our jobs has led to this bad economy to start with.Outsourcng is wrong.Shipping our jobs overseas is wrong & should be illegal. If our jobs can't be protected, that's the downfall of the economy.More factory jobs means more auto's sold at dealerships.
