Whether you're a Republican or Democrat, you'll find this funny. Throughout the convention last week we saw huge pictures behind Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney, John McCain and the like. But this one behind McCain had folks at the convention and at home puzzled. What was it? I thought it was one of his 7 homes, but then thought that couldn't be it. Turns out, it's Walter Reed Middle School in California. Apparently, McCain didn't go there. Speculation on the Intertubes points to someone at the campaign misfiring on a Google image search. Instead of Walter Reed Medical Center, they got the middle school and it made its way onto the screen during his speech. It did make for a nice background-- although I thought he was in front of a green screen forever. Turns out he was in front of the lawn of a middle school he never went to. Alrighty then.
