| Weekend Split |
|
We spent Friday in the warm and humid air with even some strong thunderstorms. Saturday then becomes our transition day as cooler spring air is headed back. Saturday starts mild in the 50's with some sunshine. A cold front will move from west to east the first half of Saturday. That means eastern sections will see more sun and as a result the will be warmer. Temperatures will range from Highs in the lower 60's on the west side of the state to the middle 60's for Lansing and upper 60's on the east side of the state. With the front will be more light rain showers. Again rain starts west by lunchtime and reaching the east by late afternoon. Since the front gets east after lots of heating there could be a few storms east. Temperatures will cool rapidly back into the 50's when the front passes. Showers end overnight and Sunday has a mix of clouds and sunshine but we stay in the 50's. Sun and warmth builds back in next week.
