Next up South Florida and Michigan State is a 23 1/2 point favorite. MSU could have that covered by halftime-- this team is really bad.
1) Forget the quarterback hassle. MSU is 3-1 with a week off before opening Big Ten play whether they all play well or play lousy. It doesn't matter. It will when MSU plays at Iowa on October 5th.
2) I don't have MSU beating Notre Dame-- won't be able to score. The MSU quarterbacks are what they are. I don't see Damion Terry starting at Notre Dame even if things go south in the next two games.
3) MSU will have no problems with South Florida and Youngstown State. So no matter what fans think the Spartans will still be 3-0 if they don't improve a lick. That's just the nature of their schedule.
4) The Big Ten doesn't seem all that great. So MSU still has a shot at a good season even without quarterback production they want to improve from a year ago.
