The week after Labor Day reigns in the fall fulltime in my book. The Sunday Staudt show begins on WILX TV at 11am for an hour again this Sunday morning and begins a 37-week run. So preparations are now underway in earnest.
High school football week two this week is Friday night and we'll be covering more than a dozen games, several from out of our area which makes assembling the product more challenging.
Have met with clients all week and have been busy preparing for Sunday's MSU Marching Band Concert for Kids at the house-- more than 800 expected, another record year with the house jammed with relatives, friends and other guests.
And other items requiring time and attention keep each day hopping from dawn to well past midnight. And now the NFL football opener on channel Ten Thursday night with Baltimore playing at Denver means we won't be home until well after midnight because the late news will run really late. Fall is truly here.
