So Who's Going to Tampa?

There has to be a natural letdown amongst MSU football fans dreaming of going to the Rose Bowl.  It would have been MSU's first appearance in 24 years.  MSU is off to Florida once again, although this time it's Tampa not Orlando and both are great destinations believe me.

In fact the destination, I believe, is better than New Orleans where Michigan is headed to the Sugar Bowl.  There's much better weather and more to do and a better family atmosphere in Florida where golf is also available, right?

For those thinking about going, join us at SpartanSportsTours.com.  Dennis and Tami Hamilton have run this bowl trip for years and it's the best-- that's why I got on board to help lead groups on the road.  The cost is an average of $300 less than what anyone else has and it's well organized and all inclusive.  These are great holiday gifts for family-- warm weather in Florida and a good game and it's an easy flight from Michigan.  MSU needs to sell 11,500 tickets and that's a distinct possibility and it may require snowbirds from Michigan in Florida now to fill out the stadium.

The game is at the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers-- Raymond James Stadium, near the airport.  It is modern and Tampa has lots to offer, not the least of which is Busch Gardens, a Disney type of park.  And Disney is only 75 minutes up I-4 for those who want to go there too.  Georgia will have more fans, just like it was in 2009 for the Capital One Bowl.  But the Outback is similar and it should be a good experience.  Join us in Tampa won't you?
