Boise State may be a mere seven point underdog to Michigan State Friday night-- but I have found NO ONE-- absolutely NO ONE-- who predicts Boise to beat the Spartans. Boise is 6-0 in opening games under coach Chris Peterson-- does that mean Boise is due? Due to keep winning its opener or due to finally lose and the Spartans are there to make that happen?
And as far as Michigan goes, the Wolverines might as well not even show up in Dallas to play Alabama Saturday night. Other than Brady Hoke, no one I find even thinks Michigan will make much of a game of it against the Crimson Tide. Alabama coach Nick Saban is saying all the right things about Michigan but he also says his team has prepared well for the game.
Does that mean upsets will occur? What's a bigger upset, Boise or Michigan? Obviously Michigan since the Wolverines are 13-point underdogs. I somehow think both games will be close. Stay tuned.
