No Middle Ground With Tressel

The reactions have been predictable. Jim Tressel draws praise from fellow coaches, scorn from the media.  So what else is new?  I haven't found one coach to criticize Tressel.  Far from it, many give him praise. Ohio State alum Jack Nicklaus Tuesday called him a "good man."  The media predictably have been all over Tressel for not being true to his image... dot dot dot... you get the idea.

Me?  I just can't imagine how he could let such success get away from him.  He had it all, there was no way he could get caught in a job squeeze this bad.  He's the second winningest coach among long term coaches in Big Ten history, and yet it's all over for him.  My only thought is that I'll bet many other athletes across the country are involved with what Ohio State players have been doing, selling memorabilia.  Now as for all of Terrelle Pryor's cars, I doubt Pryor will ever play another game at Ohio State.  The NCAA will get him when it's all said and done.
