CAAC's Great Job!

They tell me I have hosted the CAAC spring senior scholar/athlete award ceremonies for nine years now and it seems like my first big night was yesterday.  This year's gathering was held Wednesday at East Lansing High School-- a school which has hosted before.  It has a perfectly sized auditorium and cafeteria to host more than 900 people.  There are 270 senior honored-- 10 each from the 27 CAAC schools and they are all dressed to the nines to receive their plaques.

All are terrific students and wonderful kids-- with parents to match right?  It goes fast too-- we honor them all and we were done by 8:30pm.  Now they begin in earnest their senior graduation activities and how well I remember this from our three boys, now moved on to their next adventures.

The CAAC is well managed by good people with quality administrators who get along with each other and they host an event each year which is first class bar none.  East Lansing did a great job again as host and I hope I get invited to be a part of it all again next year.
