Just think after two weekends, five teams in the CAAC Blue Division has 0-2 records. Everett and Sexton are both 2-0 and figure to battle to the end of the season for the league title. There are seven mid Michigan teams with 2-0 starts and DeWitt and Sexton look like the best to me.
Mason and Charlotte are promising but young. Everett has a terrific passing quarterback in fourth year starting senior Lucas Barner. Portland is the defending state champ and despite losing many seniors from that team, still looks good two games into the 2013 season.
Pewamo-Westphalia is 2-0 and could run the regular season table. The area looks to be a bit down because four CAAC Blue teams all lost last week playing teams from the O K Red Division near Grand Rapids.
