No one around here thinks it will happen-- no one agrees with me that Illinois can beat Michigan in Champaign Saturday.  Man how the Illini have fallen-- and indeed they have.  Illinois is 1-6 with a win over Illinois State as its only triumph-- amazing.  The Illini aren't very good even though everyone says they're better than their record.  I'm not so sure.  Every time I see the Illini play they're awful.  But I still think they may have one home game left in them and why not give it to Michigan.  The Wolverines are 5-3 but this isn't Bo's Michigan team at all.  Michigan got manhandled last Saturday by Penn State.

Michigan better be ready because if the Illini could ever get off to a decent start and get some momentum maybe they would play like the team their fans thought they'd have.  Michigan looks porous on defense and running back Brandon Miner is still bothered by a bad ankle and he's a key.  The Illini are touchdown underdogs and I think they'll be in the game all day long.

Juice Williams clobbered the Wolverines last year in Ann Arbor.  I don't think he'll clobber Michigan again but I think the Illini definitely have a legitimate shot at a victory.  Michigan needs the win to be bowl eligible and the Wolverines better get it because this is probably the Wolverines best chance to get to seven victories.

Hey Tim way to call this one!! You were saying all week that Illinois could upset the UM applecart! This looks REALLY bad for Rich Rod which doesn't break my heart! I am waiting for the Wolverine faithful to start calling for his head! And the rest of their schedule aint no cakewalk! Oh have to put in a Whoo-Hoo! Yeah! For our Ovid-Elsie Marauders! 10-0 and rolling on...Chris Robinson is the man! =)
