Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama has at least one thing in common with actor Brad Pitt: they're cousins.
According to the New England Historic Genealogical Society, both Obama and Pitt have a mutual ancestor: Edwin Hickman, who died in 1769 in Virginia.
Genealogists also say Pitt's girlfriend, Angelina Jolie, is related to Senator Hillary Clinton. They're 9th cousins, twice removed.
And the third presidential candidate, John McCain, shouldn't be surprised if First Lady Laura Bush shows up at the family reunion; they're sixth cousins.
