A Barack Obama adviser has resigned after calling rival Hillary Rodham Clinton "a monster."
A campaign official told The Associated Press Friday that Samantha Power's resignation is effective immediately.
Power told The Scotsman that Clinton is a "monster" who will stoop to anything to win. She tried to make the remark off the record, but the Scottish newspaper printed it anyway. She apologized in a statement and the campaign decried the remark.
Power is a foreign policy adviser to Obama and a Pulitzer Prize winner.

It's a shame that Samantha Powers, a very bright campaign manager, had to resign for speaking the absolute truth. Hillary is hungry for power and control, and nothing more. She certainly doesn't care about the voters - except for those who are gullible and senseless enough to vote for her.

" She will destroy the United States and every thing we have worked for" -- No, sorry, Bush has already done that!

She is a monster and I would not want that woman as president, if she gets elected to be president we are all doomed. She will destroy the United States and every thing we have worked for. I can not believe that anyone would want her as president. Now mind you I have nothing against and woman for president just not her she is no good. Between her and Obama Obama is the better choice for president. As a matter of fact out all who is running for president Obama is the only one I would consider for the position.
