High court will hear Michigan family's dispute over service dog at school

The Supreme Court is taking up an appeal from an 11-year-old Michigan girl with cerebral palsy who wasn't allowed to bring her service dog to school.



The nearly party-line 52-48 vote Tuesday left the Senate short of the 60 votes required to advance the measure. What happens next is unclear.
